Our Policies:
• All over night guests must register at the office
• Inn’s facilities are for registered guests only
• Office hours: 8AM – 10PM. If arriving after 10PM, guests must notify the office for special check-in arrangements
• Check-in after 3PM. Check-out by 11AM
• Parking available for one car per room only; Car must be removed from the lot by 11 am on departure day.
•No bikes permitted in rooms or walkways. Outdoor bike rack available bring bike locks
• Please bring towels and chairs for use at the beach
• No refunds for early departures
•Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
In order to offer our guests the freshest accommodations possible, all guest rooms, lobby and pool are strictly non-smoking. Your credit card will be charged a fee to clean drapes, bedspreads, carpets, etc., if you smoke in your guest room, which is prohibited.
Absolutely no smoking permitted on premises.
Reservations and Deposits:
• One night’s deposit or more(depending on length of stay) by credit card or personal check is required for room reservations.
• Personal checks accepted for deposits only and must be received within 7 days of placing reservation.
• Balance is due upon arrival, payable in cash, credit card or traveler’s checks.
•Visa, Mastercard and Discover charge cards accepted. No check cards or debit cards accepted at any time.
• Please have a valid credit card with you at check-in
• Valid driver’s license and credit card required for registration.
•Reservations or deposits are not transferable.
• Weekend reservations: minimum stay of 2 at a higher rate.
•3 night or more minimum stay at peak times and holiday weekends.
Higher rates apply on Holidays and weekends.
• Reservations with deposits are held until 6PM unless reconfirmed by phone.
• Room preference accepted, however rooms are guaranteed by type, not specific room number, for stays less than 5 nights in peak times.
